Every 5 years communities throughout Michigan update their parks, recreation and open spaces plans to ensure qualification for annual Michigan Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) funding opportunities.
The City of Menominee's Parks and Recreation/Buildings and Grounds Committee has kicked off its recreational master plan process and is inviting the community to participate in their master plan survey.
The public can provide feedback by clicking on Rec Survey tab.
All responses are completely confidential.

Ready to hit the water? Annual launch permit is available for city resident and non-resident. Click on the permit tab, complete the application, return with payment and a permit sticker will be mailed.
Girls Flag Football League
This league is for girls in 4th - 8th grade and is geared to teaching fundamentals, good sportsmanship and having fun. Games will be held July - September. Practice time/days TBA. Register by clicking the tab, fill out the form and return along with payment by May 22, 2026
