Support local Restaurants. Many restaurants are still open for takeout or delivery. Support your favorites by ordering food for take out or delivery.

Take breaks from watching, reading, or listening to the news, including social media. Hearing about the pandemic repeatedly can be upsetting.

Connect with others. Call friends and family to talk with people you trust about your concerns and how you are feeling.
